To be held in the Eccles Community Hall, The Old Town Hall, Eccles on Wednesday September 9th 2026 at 11 a.m.
This year the FRECCLES A.G.M. will take place in association with the Liverpool to Manchester Community Rail Partnership

- Welcome and apologies to the Liverpool to Manchester Community Rail Partnership Meeting
- Guest Speaker – Chris Kimberley, Chair of the North Cheshire Community Rail Partnership
FRECCLES Members will then adjourn with tea or coffee to the Café area for a very brief business meeting, as follows:
- Minutes of FRECCLES AGM held on 27th October 2025
- FRECCLES Annual Report : Steve Hopkins
- Treasurer’s Report & Accounts for April 2025 – March 2026: Sean Dunne
- Appointment of Auditor for 2026/27
- Appointment of Officers: Vice-Chair, Chair, Secretary, Treasurer & Membership Secretary. Any paid up members of the Friends of Eccles Station who wish to stand for appointment, please notify the secretary before the start of the meeting.
- Any other business
FRECCLES members may then return to the CRP business meeting or retire home.
